Responsibilities:
Encourage the positive behaviors in the facilities.
Endorse and support the company safety philosophy of no business objective is so important that it will be pursued at the sacrifice of safety.
Answer front desk phones, screen phone calls/solicitors per instructions, handle routine items, and other applicable tasks.
Greet clients and guests, act as liaison between the management team and others, such as departments, external contacts, and clients.
Process administrative items to include incoming mail.
Provide support and assistance to all management roles.
Process day-to-day expense reports, supply requisitions, and any applicable tasks at the direction of the manager Support payroll weekly by following up on unsubmitted/unapproved time and verifying time.
Provide accounts receivables and payables (AR/AP) support.
Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalency and two (2) years of related experience in a professional setting Experience in Microsoft Office Suite PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently.
Must be courteous and diplomatic in dealing with others.
